S890QL per EN 10025-6. Quenched and tempered high-strength structural steel. Min yield 890 MPa, min impact 30 J at -40 C (QL designation). Used for mobile crane telescopic booms, mining dump truck bodies, special military and emergency vehicle structures where weight minimisation is critical. SSAB Weldox 900 is a well-known commercial equivalent.
